The Charles County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Post 1658 was established to offer young men and women an insight into the field of law enforcement. 

At the same time, it affords the Sheriff’s Office the opportunity to identify and develop a future “manpower pool” from which it can recruit correction and law enforcement officers. 

Post members provide helpful services to the Sheriff’s Office and the community.
